Average people have great ideas.
Legends have great execution.
The Man Who Thinks He Can
If you think you are beaten, you are
If you don’t think you dare not, you don’t
If you like to win, but you don’t think you can
It’s almost a cinch you won’t
If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost
For out in the world you’ll find
Success begins with a fellow’s will
It’s all in a state of mind
For many a game is lost
Before even a play is run
And many a coward fails
Before even his work is begun
Think big and your deeds will grow
Think small and you will fall behind
Think that you can and you will
It’s all a state of mind
If you think you are outclassed, you are
You got to think high to rise
You got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize
Life battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man
But sooner or later, the man who wins
Is the fellow who thinks he can
- Walter Wintle

Juliu Horvath is the founder of the world-renowned Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Methods, which are focused on harnessing the power of breath to expand the mind and improve movement quality.
Both Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis exercise sequences are composed of circular movements which seamlessly flow together through rhythmic repetitions and corresponding breathing patterns. These carefully crafted sequences create balance, strength and flexibility. I have personally experienced the transformational power of the system for the last ten years.

Matthew Kenney operates vegan restaurants around the world. Kenney opened New York City’s first fine dining vegan restaurant in 2004 called Pure Food + Wine, and has been on a roll since then, unleashing meat-free restaurants both in the U.S. and abroad over the last couple of years. In 2018, Kenney opened a new restaurant located on the seventh floor of Saks Fifth Avenue in Chicago, which I had the pleasure of visiting. Learn more about Matthew's story here.
