TWIN GLOBAL DIGITAL MARKETING AND EVENT SUPPORT

Our team worked with the client to create a new web site, develop the membership program and provide for social media management.

EVENT SUPPORT

TWIN Tech 2020 was unique in content and format, providing for a variety of ways for members to participate. One example included “In The Room Sessions” that masterfully crafted and presented previews of segment material to make it easy for participants to follow and prepare for TWIN sessions.

WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Using WordPress, we redesigned TWIN Global’s website in time for the first online event. To get TWINians ready to participate in TWIN Tech 2020, we made sure to include the most up-to-date information relevant to the event, including agendas and speaker lists. We also provided easy access to past event highlights and TWIN Etudes for Innovation, featured articles written by members of the TWIN community, and revamped TWIN’s Multimedia Library to inspire and educate.

In order to achieve a successful digital transformation for a fully virtual event, we provided support leading up to and during TWIN Tech 2020.
This included developing TWIN’s membership activation as well as using web and CRM solutions.

We also provided easy access to previous event highlights, TWIN Etudes for Innovation, and featured articles written by members of the TWIN community. and Additionally, we revamped TWIN’s Multimedia Library to inspire and educate their audience.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Since 2016 we curate and share inspiring stories about TWINians.
TWIN Global features some of the best speakers from around the world, and we wanted to make sure people knew that fact. Since 2016, Marketing for Wellness has curated and shared inspiring stories from TWINians. Our approach to TWIN’s social media presence was to maintain exclusivity while simultaneously expanding outreach, education, and impact.
In the leadup to TWIN Tech 2020, over the course of a fast-tracked, 3-month initiative, we featured highlights of various speakers and TWIN updates, also we extending thank you’s to the event’s many sponsors. Furthermore, we utilized the story feature on Instagram and Facebook to increase viewership.

MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

YOUTUBE

For TWIN Global’s YouTube Channel, we focused on consistency and organization. First, we established consistency between TWIN Global’s YouTube Channel and the TWIN Global Website.
TWIN Global’s YouTube Channel, and the channel now has 5 main dedicated playlists for videos sorted by year (Business and Entrepreneurship, Arts and Culture, Leadership and Global Perspectives, Ethics and Purpose, and Science and Tech). The home page was reorganized and now consists of these main playlist categories so new viewers can find videos with custom designed thumbnails.
